GROUNDS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL INFORMATION

There are a number of grounds that MG Motor may rely on when Processing Personal Information, namely:

where Processing is necessary to carry out actions for the conclusion or performance of a contract that the Data Subject is party to;

Please ensure that the Personal Information we hold about you is complete, accurate and up to date. If you fail to keep your Personal Information updated, or if your Personal Information is incorrect, MG Motor may limit the products and services offered to you;

right to deletion: You have a right, in certain circumstances, to request the destruction or deletion of your Personal Information and, where applicable, to ask that we restrict the Processing your Personal Information.
